Personally, I’ve spent a lot of time playing this roguelike on Android, and I can confidently say the game runs like butter at max settings on high-end hardware. While this is a title that demands precision controls, it’s fully playable with the touchscreen as well as a physical controller. Dead Cells is the cream of the crop when it comes to platformers, so if you’ve yet to play, make sure you don’t miss out because this is a game you can indeed play anywhere.

If you enjoy extremely challenging arcade games, you’re in luck; Super Hexagon fits that description perfectly and seeing that it has been updated with high frame rate support along with controller support, it’s a standout release that’s pretty old but still supported.

Forget about the classic version of chess you’re used to. When you’re offline, fire up Really Bad Chess and challenge yourself to think differently.
In this game, while the chessboard remains standard, the pieces are completely random. You might start with three queens and a single pawn, while the computer could have a series of six rooks. It makes you discard everything you know about chess and think out of the box.
As you raise your ranking, the AI’s level stays the same, but it gets better pieces to start. This might be my favorite non-chess chess game ever.

Chess is one of those games I always wished I enjoyed, but its commitment to beauty, elegance, and perfect balance always turned me away. Really Bad Chess removes these boring restrictions and flips chess on its head.
As much as random pieces change the game in some ways, I was really surprised to notice how much the game remains the same, and how powerful some pieces are — you’ve never truly struggled against a pawn until you’ve struggled against a pawn in the back row.
For chess pros, Really Bad Chess will give you a new type of challenge — the pieces & the moves are the same, but you’ll have to throw out your openings and your understanding of normal patterns of play.
For novice chess players (like most of us), Really Bad Chess greatly opens up the game. Instead of starting by studying openings, in your first games you’ll get to discover the joy (and challenge!) of learning how to checkmate.
